Jamaica led 27-23 at halftime but faced fierce resistance in the third quarter as the Roses mounted a strong comeback.
With just seconds left on the clock and the score tied at 49-49, Shanice Beckford sealed the victory with a clutch buzzer-beater, electrifying the home crowd.
This win evens the series, with one draw and one win apiece, setting up an exciting finale. England had taken an early series lead with back-to-back wins in Manchester last week.
