Police Officers Charged After Fatal Kingston Shooting Caught On Camera

A deadly incident along Windward Road, Eastern Kingston, on November 10, 2024, has taken a controversial turn. Initially, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) reported that three men were killed during a shootout with officers.

However, CCTV footage shared online suggests a different narrative, showing what appears to be an execution-style killing.

The footage reveals one of the men attempting to flee before being fatally shot. Reports also indicate a police officer was injured during the encounter.

According to the JCF, the men, identified as Oshane Stubbs, Orando Campbell, and Kayshawn Smith, were wanted and were seen in prior images flaunting firearms.

Following the public release of the video, two officers were charged with murder on November 17, 2024.
