Rather than addressing the ongoing controversy surrounding his recent court appearance, Carter shared a series of Instagram stories that night to honor an elderly woman close to him.

In five posts, Carter offered glimpses of a tribute that looked like a candlelight vigil, with “SIP MAMA” prominently displayed. Although it's unclear if the woman was a relative, the emotional nature of the posts suggests she was significant in his life. One of the final videos showed a candlelit scene in Jamaica, lining the roadside in a touching farewell.

Carter, who was charged with “lewd/lascivious molestation” on November 2 and released on a $7,500 bond, has remained silent about the case. His wife, Crissy, has also chosen not to comment, leaving fans and followers speculating about the unfolding story.
