Otter Attacks Family at Washington State Marina

 

A terrifying encounter unfolded at a Seattle marina when an aggressive otter attacked a mother and her young children.

According to reports, the otter dragged the woman’s young son off the dock and into the water, nearly causing him to drown. The boy suffered bites and scratches, requiring medical attention at a hospital.

Recently released footage shows the panicked family fleeing down the dock as the otter chases them, with the mother looking understandably terrified. The incident happened last month, but the video has only just emerged.

This isn’t the first time otters have turned aggressive. In Malaysia, another recent incident involved a group of otters attacking a jogger, leaving her bloodied and traumatized.
