In the footage, adults initially appear stunned, but quickly rush to usher the children to safety. Thankfully, no one was injured, though the close call left the community shaken. Local reports say the boy was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.
What’s even more alarming is that this isn't an isolated incident. The boy has been involved in several car-related crimes in the past, including assault with a deadly weapon, raising serious concerns about his repeated dangerous behavior.
Authorities are continuing their investigation, while many in the community are left wondering how such a young child could be involved in multiple reckless incidents.
