Over the weekend, Usher found himself at the center of speculation after all of his posts on X (formerly Twitter) mysteriously disappeared. With rumors swirling, many wondered if it had something to do with the recent arrest of his former mentor, Diddy.
The R&B icon set the record straight on Sunday, clarifying that his account had been hacked. He posted, "Account got hacked and damn y'all ran with it! 😂😂😂." Usher didn’t dive into the controversy surrounding Diddy but assured his fans that he has nothing to hide. He ended the post on a positive note, promoting his upcoming show at the Intuit Dome.

Interestingly, Usher isn’t the only celebrity to face a similar situation. P!nk and Megan Fox also had their accounts wiped recently, suggesting a wider issue with celebrity social media hacks.
Though Usher and Diddy have a long history—Diddy played a key role in launching Usher's career—Usher has remained out of the legal drama surrounding his former mentor. While he hasn't publicly commented on the case, he did mention seeing some unusual things while hanging out with Diddy during a 2016 interview with Howard Stern, but left it at that.
For now, Usher is focused on his music and upcoming performances, leaving the rumors behind.
