In a dramatic turn of events, one of the Island Boys, Franky Venegas, found himself in legal trouble after allegedly trying to pass himself off as his twin brother during a reckless driving incident. This incident, which unfolded on May 24 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, has been detailed in newly obtained legal documents, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

According to the police report, officers observed Franky Venegas driving his yellow Corvette Stingray at a high rate of speed. The situation escalated when Venegas sped into a parking lot, prompting a call to the police about the yellow Corvette and another gray vehicle near several people reportedly armed with guns.

Responding to the call, officers activated their emergency lights and approached Venegas. During the interaction, Venegas identified himself as "Alex," his twin brother and the other half of the Island Boys. However, a quick background check revealed that this information was false. Officers later found his state ID, confirming his true identity as Franky, also known by his stage name Kodiyakredd.

Further investigation revealed that Venegas was driving without a valid driver's license. Consequently, he was arrested and taken to the Broward County Jail, where he was booked on charges of driving without a valid license, providing false identification, and reckless driving. Venegas was subsequently released on May 25.
