In a swift turn of events, Chrisean Rock's recent arrest has culminated in a sentence that includes jail time and probation, along with further legal complications in Oklahoma.

According to court records obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Chrisean was sentenced to 12 months of probation and 30 days in jail due to an altercation at Tamar Braxton's show in November. During the incident, she allegedly attacked backup dancer James Wright, leading to an outstanding warrant.

Chrisean will serve 30 days in jail, with 5 days credited for time already served. Her probation terms are stringent: she must stay at least 100 yards away from both Wright and the Lucky Strike bowling alley in Downtown Los Angeles, where the altercation took place. Additionally, she is prohibited from owning or possessing any dangerous or deadly weapons during her probation period.

Beyond her California sentence, Chrisean is also scheduled to be extradited to Oklahoma, where she faces pending drug charges. The timeline for her extradition has not yet been set, but with her current custody in Los Angeles, she will be transferred to Oklahoma once her California matters are resolved.

The altercation that led to her arrest occurred during Tamar Braxton's "Love and War" anniversary tour in November 2023. TMZ Hip Hop reported that Chrisean disrupted a prayer circle led by Tamar and Toni Braxton, resulting in the alleged attack on Wright.

Wright subsequently filed a lawsuit, which Chrisean has reportedly ignored. Tamar Braxton did not shy away from addressing the incident on social media, calling out Chrisean but also expressing some sympathy for her.

Adding to the complexity of the situation, Blueface's mother has publicly commented on the challenges faced by their new baby, given that both parents are now incarcerated. While Chrisean's jail time is relatively short, she may still be released before Blueface. However, her extradition to Oklahoma will determine the timeline of her reunion with her child.
