Visitors at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington recently encountered a surprising adventure on the park's Roaring Rapids ride. The excitement turned into a tense situation when guests found themselves stuck on the man-made, fast-moving river ride, leading to a young boy falling into the water and needing a dramatic rescue.

The incident was captured in a viral video, showing several rafts jammed in a U-formation. One of the rafts began taking on water, prompting a few guests to climb onto a nearby platform for safety. In an attempt to follow suit, a young boy jumped from his raft but unfortunately landed in the water instead.

Struggling in the fast current, the boy required immediate assistance. Fortunately, bystanders, including another guest and a Six Flags employee, acted quickly and managed to pull him to safety. Despite the frightening situation, the boy was rescued without any serious injuries. The video even shows a lone sneaker floating down the river, presumably belonging to the boy.
A Six Flags representative provided a statement to TMZ, confirming that no one was hurt. "One of the rafts at Roaring Rapids became stuck. Guests were told to remain seated in the raft while the ride was restarted. All guests safely exited the ride and there were no injuries. The video shows that guests made it safely out of the water," the spokesperson said.
