A police chase on a busy Los Angeles freeway ended with a woman climbing onto the roof of her car and stripping naked. The incident, which was captured on video, unfolded near the Culver City neighborhood on Wednesday.
The footage begins with two California Highway Patrol (CHP) cars attempting to pull over a black SUV in the HOV lane on the 405 freeway. Abruptly, the vehicle comes to a stop, and a woman emerges from the sunroof.

Initially fully clothed, the woman quickly begins to strip. She throws her hands up, removes her shirt to expose her bare chest, and then proceeds to drop her shorts, standing completely nude in the middle of traffic. The spectacle caught the attention of other motorists, some of whom recorded the bizarre scene on their phones.

The incident reportedly started when CHP officers noticed the black SUV driving in the center median of the 405 freeway. When the driver failed to comply with orders to pull over, a high-speed chase ensued, reaching speeds between 75 and 95 MPH. Approximately ten minutes into the pursuit, the SUV stopped, leading to the woman's unexpected actions.
Authorities arrested the woman and booked her on several charges, including felony reckless evading, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer.
