Kanye West's Alleged Battery Incident Involving Wife

Kanye West, now preferring the name 'Ye,' finds himself entangled in potential legal trouble once more, this time as the primary suspect in a battery incident under investigation by the LAPD. Allegedly occurring late Tuesday night, reports suggest Kanye punched a man who had either pushed or grabbed his wife, Bianca Censori.

Law enforcement sources are actively probing the altercation following reports implicating Ye. Despite the incident, Ye and Bianca left the scene, and the individual purportedly punched did not require medical attention.

In response, a representative for West vehemently denied the allegations, emphasizing that the term "grabbed" fails to accurately depict the situation. According to TMZ, Bianca was reportedly physically assaulted, with the assailant placing hands under her dress, grabbing her waist, spinning her around, and blowing kisses at her.

The LAPD plans to contact Kanye to gather his version of events and interview witnesses. Notably, this isn't Kanye's first brush with battery allegations. In 2023, he was caught on video grabbing a photographer's phone and hurling it into an intersection. Additionally, earlier this year, he faced a lawsuit for assault and battery from an individual claiming Kanye struck him in downtown L.A. in 2022 while making threats. As of now, Kanye has yet to publicly address the recent accusations.
